River Bluff Townhomes (2013 – ongoing)

  • Owner’s Rep for homeowner’s association
  • existing townhome community adjacent to Aspen downtown core
  • manage engineering and design process for a major infrastructure and landscape improvement project
  • overseeing day-to-day construction process

Hotel Durant (2011 – 2013)

  • existing 20 room lodge built in 1963, last major remodel in 1985
  • located in downtown Aspen, two blocks from the central core
  • developed plans for complete remodel and expansion of existing structure, adding roughly 4000 ft² to existing 8000 ft², including the addition of 100 ft² per unit, rooftop decks, a multi-purpose amenity space, living green roofs, and solar hot water and photovoltaic panels
  • managed land use application and approval process
  • project was scaled back to a remodel by ownership

TCI Lane Ranch, Carbondale (2009 @CCM)

  • undeveloped 100-acre site near Catherine’s Store on Highway 82
  • pre-construction consultation
  • created and distributed RFQ & RFP; qualified 18 bid packages
  • prepared detailed bid analyses for three rounds of interviews
  • project was not constructed due to dramatic market changes

Sinclair Meadows, Snowmass Village (2002 – 2009 @CCM)

  • undeveloped 22-acre site on Owl Creek Road
  • gained entitlements for 17 single-family lots and 21 affordable-housing townhomes grossing approximately 75,000 ft² of combined buildable FAR
  • acquired and managed US Army Corps of Engineers 404 Wetlands Permit
  • coordination of all civil, geotechnical, landscape, and architectural consultants
  • oversaw day-to-day construction activity
  • completed under budget and on schedule

Snowmass Mountain Operations Offices and Locker Rooms (2004 @ASC)

  • remodel of existing commercial spaces for offices
  • recaptured unused space for patrol and lift operations locker rooms
  • completed on very limited budget, recycling many building materials,
  • reconfiguring mechanical systems, and reusing office systems
  • completed on time under a very aggressive schedule and within budget

Aspen Skiing Company Corporate Offices (2004 @ASC)

  • complete interior demolition and remodel of existing 14,000 ft² office space
  • incorporated numerous green building products
  • successfully negotiated mutually-beneficial furniture deal with HermanMiller
  • completed on time and on budget

Aspen Mountain Sundeck (2002 @ASC)

  • 3000 ft² expansion of award-winning Sundeck Restaurant, including the private Aspen Mountain Club and shared kitchen facilities
  • completed under budget and ahead of schedule
